hop supports Energy Solutions Group in the development and realization of Belgium’s largest battery storage project.
Our involvement started in the development phase, providing support in contracting, permitting, project definition, and planning. Building on that solid foundation, we transitioned with ESG into the execution phase.
hop currently oversees the full project management of the construction process, including follow-up on both the BESS and Balance of Plant contracts.
Once operational, the Harmignies battery park will provide grid services to Elia and be used for energy trading.
